The dry foam procedure may not be as dry as it may seem. Although the moisture content of 90% air and 10% liquid could qualify it as dry but the dry foam machine have a pressure tank, wherein you need to pour a solution of shampoo and water for it to work.

Disadvantages
The dry foam method can remove typical level of soil. However, the likelihood of unnecessary soil and residue will build-up if the machine you are using have poor extraction capabilities.
